A Sai Baba shrine at Balabhadrapuram in Bikkavolu mandal, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, whose image was installed on 17 February 2005. Devotees keep a forty-one day Sai Deeksha that ends at the temple's annual Varshikotsavam on that date.
