A pancharatha Shiva temple of Suryavamsi Gajapati date at Latadeipur in Dhenkanal district, combining a rekha deula with a pidha hall. It is listed as a protected monument by the Archaeological Survey of India.
The temple's lingam is said to have been dislodged during the raids of Kalapahad, the general who invaded Odisha from Bengal.
