A nine-pinnacled navaratna temple opened on 12 April 1875 by Jagadamba Devi, youngest daughter of Rani Rashmoni, on the model of the Bhavatarini temple at Dakshineswar. Ramakrishna opened it to devotees; the Shiva image is silver and the Annapurna image of ashtadhatu, and the courtyard holds a natmandir, six Shiva shrines and two nahabatkhanas.
