A stone Nagara-style Shiva temple of 1204 CE at Baijnath in Kangra, protected by the Archaeological Survey of India. It came through the 1905 Kangra earthquake with little damage and remains in worship.
Ravana is said to have set down a Shiva lingam here while carrying it to Lanka, and out of respect for his devotion the town does not celebrate Dussehra.
