A four-sided Jain basadi built in 1586 by Immadi Bhairarasa Vodeya on Chikkabetta hill at Karkala, near the Gommateshwara monolith. Its square granite hall opens through pillared porticoes on all four sides under a roof of massive slabs, and a contemporary inscription describes the building by its four symmetrical faces and records the village grants endowed for its worship.
