A temple to the Shegaon saint Gajanan Maharaj in Paliwal Nagar, Indore, begun in 1988 on land donated by Mr. Paliwal and completed in 1994 in Dholpur stone and marble. Its octagonal sanctum stands for the eight siddhis attributed to the saint, and the Thursday Mahaprasad, begun in 1992 with thirteen devotees, remains its central weekly rite.
