A pilgrimage site in a ravine about 10 km east of Jaipur where temples are built around natural springs feeding a chain of sacred tanks. Long a leading centre of the Ramanandi Vaishnavas, it fills with bathers at Makar Sankranti.
The place takes its name from the sage Galav, said to have performed his penance here.
