A Shiva temple at Sinnar in Nashik district built under the Seuna (Yadava) dynasty, laid out as a panchayatana with the main shrine ringed by four subsidiary shrines to Surya, Vishnu, Parvati and Ganesha. One of the finest surviving Bhumija-style complexes in Maharashtra, it is protected by the Archaeological Survey of India.
Local tradition credits its building to Rav Govinda, son of the Gavali chief Rav Singhuni, at a cost of two hundred thousand rupees.
