A Narasimha shrine on the Godavari at Dharmapuri, raised under the Chalukyas and later enlarged by the Kakatiyas, where the deity is worshipped in seated, wrathful Ugra and peaceful Saumya forms. Subsidiary shrines include Venugopala with Rukmini and Satyabhama, and an image of Yama at the entrance.
