A ruined temple site on the north bank of the Brahmaputra in Lower Siang district, where excavation exposed a carved stone plinth about eight feet high with sculptures of deities, animals and floral work. Masons' marks here match those at other Chutia-period sites such as the Tamreswari temple, and its absence from 10th-11th century texts places its construction later.
Sankardev's retelling has Krishna and Rukmini break their journey to Dwarka here, where Durga garlanded them with flowers, giving the place its name.
