Naina Devi, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh · 31.3060°, 76.5364°
A hilltop Shakta pitha in Bilaspur district overlooking the Govind Sagar reservoir, reached by road and by cable car. It is revered as the place where the right eye of the goddess Sati fell.
A Gurjar boy is said to have found the site when his white cow shed her milk over a stone, and the goddess then revealed herself to him in a dream, prompting Raja Bir Chand to build the temple.
