A Saiva temple on the bank of the Musi built about 1202 by Namireddi of the Recherla Reddi family, vassals of the Kakatiyas, and named for him. It is one of four closely carved stone and granite temples of the Kakatiya era at Pillalamarri, its pillars finely worked but heavily defaced.
