History & significance

A modern Svetambara Jain tirtha near Sirohi, begun in 1998 and completed in 2001 through the patronage of the K. P. Sanghvi family. Alongside the Parshvanatha temple the complex runs a large animal welfare centre, in keeping with the Jain principle of ahimsa.
