A Krishna temple at Mandphiya in Chittorgarh district, regarded as second only to Shrinathji at Nathdwara among Vaishnava pilgrimage sites in the region and drawing devotees from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
In 1840 a cowherd named Bholaram is said to have dreamt of three divine images buried at Bagund village; the three that were unearthed were enshrined at three nearby sites, of which Mandphiya became the principal shrine.
