A meditation and ordination hall of the Gangaramaya temple, set on timber-decked platforms in Colombo's Beira Lake. The original late-19th-century pavilion was replaced in 1976 by a design from the architect Geoffrey Bawa, funded by S. H. Musaji and his wife in memory of their son, drawing on the forest-monastery layouts of Anuradhapura and Ritigala.
