An 11th-century trikutachala temple about 4 km from Basavakalyan, its sanctum opening onto two pillared mandapas, with salabhanjika figures on the outer walls and floral ceilings within. The abundance of Vishnu and Lakshmi imagery suggests it may first have been a Vaishnava foundation; a concrete roof has recently been added against water damage, and the deity is taken in procession round the village each August.
