History & significance

A modern gold-sheathed shrine at Thirumalaikodi near Vellore, completed in August 2007 by the Sri Narayani Peedam trust led by Sakthi Amma. It sits on about forty hectares of the Thirupuram spiritual park and is approached along a star-shaped Sri Chakra path more than 1.8 km long.
