Reckoned the fifth of the twelve jyotirlingas of Shiva, this Hemadpanthi temple at Parli in Beed district stands some 75–80 feet high with a brass-plated eastern doorway, and was renovated in 1706 under Ahilyabai Holkar. It draws its largest crowds at Mahashivratri, and male devotees perform the abhisheka bare above the waist.
