A Thai Theravada temple in Petaling Jaya founded in 1957 by Phra Kru Palat Vieng and designed by Thailand's Fine Arts Department, its gilded main shrine completed in June 1962 with funds to which King Bhumibol Adulyadej personally contributed. It holds a share of the Buddha relics excavated at Piprahwa in 1898, given by Lord Curzon to King Chulalongkorn of Siam and passed to Malaysia in 2012.
