Annamanada, Thrissur district, Kerala · 10.2348°, 76.3310°
A Shiva temple in Annamanada counted among the 108 ancient Shiva shrines of Kerala, unusual in that Parvati and Vishnu are installed alongside Shiva with equal standing. It is administered by the Cochin Devaswom Board and keeps Maha Shivaratri as its principal festival.
Tradition holds that the shrine was consecrated by the sage Parashurama, and its lingam is worshipped as Kirathamurthi granting the Pashupatastra to Arjuna.
