History & significance

A goddess temple at Horanadu in the Western Ghats of Chikkamagaluru district, on the bank of the Bhadra, known as Sri Kshetra Horanadu and celebrated for feeding every pilgrim who comes. It is a leading Devi shrine of Karnataka, though its founding date is not documented.
