A Jain hill complex at Tirumalai in the Tiruvannamalai district whose principal 16-metre image of Neminatha is assigned to the twelfth century, with the ancient site now under the Archaeological Survey of India. A modern math was established beside it in August 1998.

The last Shrutakevali Bhadrabahu is said to have stayed on this hill with eight thousand ascetics to practise meditation and swadhyaya.
