A Krishna temple on the shore of Ashtamudi Lake at Asramam in Kollam, raised on a mound of earth dug from what is now its tank. Its ten-day festival ends in the Kollam Pooram in mid-April, and the compound holds a separate Ayyappan shrine with the eighteen steps of Sabarimala.
