A Buddhist temple beside the Đuống River dyke in Bắc Ninh province, founded in the 13th century but whose surviving architecture, sculpture and decoration all belong to the 17th century, when the Zen master Chuyet Chuyet made it famous. Its ten buildings run for about 100 metres and hold a celebrated thousand-armed, thousand-eyed Quan Âm alongside the Buddha triad, Manjushri and Samantabhadra.
