A Vaishnava shrine near the seashore at Chakratirtha in Puri, Odisha, where forms of Narasimha are worshipped alongside a large granite wheel venerated as the Sudarshana Chakra. It is counted among the tirthas of the Puri pilgrimage circuit and also serves as a shrine to Varuna.
The site is said to mark the spot where the sacred wood for the first images of Jagannath, Balabhadra, Subhadra and Sudarshana came ashore after floating in the sea for Indradyumna.
