A pancharatha Shiva temple at Kishinapur near Salipur in Cuttack district, built by Vishnu, a minister of the Ganga king Anangabhima Deva III, whose inscription is preserved at the site. Loose Shaiva and Shakta sculptures of the Eastern Ganga period survive in the precinct, and Dola Purnima, Mahashivaratri and Kartik Purnima are among its festivals.
