A Shiva temple at Chowara whose east-facing northern sanctum enshrines the god in the dancing form of Nataraja, and which is reckoned among the 108 Shiva temples of Kerala. Its main festival is Maha Shivaratri in the Malayalam month of Kumbha.
The temple is believed to have been founded by the sage Parasurama.
