A circular brick pagoda of three terraces at Pwasaw east of Bagan, built in 1196 in the reign of King Narapatisithu. It is laid out on a pentagon with five shrines instead of the usual four — the oldest known building with fivefold rotational symmetry — and its terracotta tiles illustrate scenes from the Jataka.
