A shrine in Bhimeshwar, about 4.5 km east of Charikot in Dolakha District, where Bhimsen is worshipped as the god of trade, commerce and fortune; its founding date is unknown, but an inscription of 1611 records a renovation.

Porters cooking rice beside the shrine are said to have realised that a triangular black stone was Bhimsen himself when the rice touching it stayed raw, and the stone bled milk mixed with blood when struck.
