Akaparambu, Ernakulam district, Kerala · 10.1611°, 76.3739°
A temple at Akaparambu in Ernakulam district where the Devi is the principal deity alongside Shiva and Sastha. A Thambula Prasna held in 2007 led to the installation of Brahmarakshas and Naga shrines the following year.
The goddess is said to owe her strength to the Brahmachari scholar Sankara Sarma, who moved his household worship of Bhadrakali to this temple before renouncing the world.
