A compact 8th-century Hindu shrine on a 5.25 m square base, holding a yoni in its cella and a Ganesha seated on a spouted yoni on its west side, with niches for Nandiswara. Buried under Merapi lahar deposits, it was found in 1936 and rebuilt by Van Romondt between 1937 and 1939; its roof figures peering from window frames echo the Bima temple at Dieng.
