Chiplima, Sambalpur district, Odisha · 21.3547°, 83.9192°
A goddess shrine on the Mahanadi at Chiplima, some thirty kilometres from Sambalpur in Odisha, hung with bells offered by devotees. It is called a lighthouse without light, because early boatmen used the sound of its bells as a warning of dangerous winds at the river bend.
