A Shaiva temple on the bank of the Sai river in Pratapgarh district, about 45 km from the district town, which its devotees identify with the Ghushmeshwar jyotirlinga named in the Koti Rudra Samhita of the Shiva Purana.
The Shiva Purana tells of Ghushma, who made and immersed a hundred and one lingas daily; when her jealous sister-in-law killed her son and Shiva restored him, the god stayed on as a jyotirlinga bearing her name.
