A Ganesha temple near Kundapura established in the 13th century and described as the only Jaladhivasa Ganapathi shrine in India. It is held in the ancestry of the Guddattu Adiga family and observes daily rites including Tailabhyanjana, Panchamrutha and Rudrabhisheka.
The three-foot image of Ganesha is believed to have emerged from the rock itself.
