Aror, Sukkur District, Sindh · 27.6261°, 68.9309°
A cave shrine to Kali at Aror near Sukkur, known as the Asthan of Kalka Devi and one of the few active Hindu pilgrimage places in upper Sindh. Devotees gather there on the evening of the first Monday of each month.
What follows is the temple’s own traditional account, transmitted through liturgy and local memory. It is recorded here as tradition, not as attested history.
Kalka Devi is said to have manifested at this spot while travelling to the Hinglaj Mata temple, and the shrine's caretaker holds that two tunnels in the cave run all the way to Hinglaj.
