History & significance
A Digambara Jain hill temple complex near Madhugiri in the Tumkur district, dated to the twelfth century and dedicated to the Tirthankaras Chandraprabha, Parshvanatha and Suparshvanatha. A hilltop stupa there holds a stone slab carved with a footprint.
