An eleventh-century Shakta shrine east of Har ki Pauri, regarded as one of the three principal siddha pithas of Haridwar. Its sanctum holds Maya Devi flanked by Kali and Kamakhya.
The site is held to be where the heart and navel of the goddess Sati fell to earth.
