History & significance
A partly ruined twelfth-century goddess temple in the Khandesh village of Waghali, built on a stellate plan with twenty-four pillars carrying sanctum, ardhamandapa, mandapa and portico. The Archaeological Survey of India declared it a monument of national importance in 1914.
