A Shakta shrine at Sreevaraham in Thiruvananthapuram whose swayambhu image is the object of a wide following in southern Kerala. Navaratri and the Ooruttu Mahotsavam in March–April are its principal festivals.
The shrine is said to have begun when a child at play struck a rock that then bled, and diviners pronounced the stone divine.
