A cave temple on a hilltop above the Ravi about 22 km from Pathankot, on the Shahpur Kandi dam road, holding a marble lingam along with images of Ganesha, Brahma, Vishnu, Hanuman and Parvati. It is among the most visited shrines in the Pathankot area.
The name is explained by a tale that Shiva killed a demon here and granted him mukti, and the caves are said to have sheltered the Pandavas during their exile.
