History & significance

An old Bhagavathi shrine on the Changanassery–Kaviyoor road about five kilometres from Changanassery. It is run by an elected Devaswom board drawn from two NSS Karayogams, and its annual festival falls on the Bharani day of the Malayalam month of Meenam.
