A gurdwara on the left bank of the Sutlej at Kiratpur where Guru Hargobind and Guru Har Rai were cremated and the ashes of Guru Har Krishan immersed. It remains the foremost place at which Sikhs consign ashes as part of the Antam Sanskar rites.
It is told that a Rajput raja and his followers threw themselves into Guru Hargobind's funeral pyre.
