A ten-metre bell-shaped chedi on a reddish-brick base at the mouth of the Rayong river, built in 1873 by the provincial administrator Kate Yomjinda in honour of Phra Mae Khongkha and long used by sailors as a landmark for the port. It has become an emblem of Rayong, with an annual festival in the twelfth lunar month and a December rite in which its spire is wrapped in six metres of red cloth.
