History & significance

A living Shiva temple at Kancha Sahi in Bhubaneswar's old town, with vimana and jagamohana built in the mature phase of Odishan temple architecture. Its name marks it as the eastern member of a directional set around the Lingaraja, and it is looked after by a local development association.
