A Shaiva hill shrine about 15 km from Ramanagara, important to the Virashaiva tradition, which venerates Revana Siddeshwara as a reincarnation of Jagadguru Renukacharya. Three temples occupy the hill: Revanasiddeshwara at the summit at about 935 m, Bheemeshwari midway and Renukamba at the base.
Revana Siddeshwara is said to have emerged from the Somashekhara linga and to have practised austerities on this mountain before attaining lingaikya and passing to Kailasa.
