A Shiva shrine on the left bank of the Tinau river at Dobhan, about two kilometres from Butwal, whose precincts also hold images of Ganesh, Nag, Mansa Devi and Bishwokarma; it was registered with the Palpa district administration in 1998.

The site is held to be where King Bhartrihari, elder brother of Vikramaditya, performed his penance.
