One of the Shakta pithas, standing at Shikarpur village about ten miles north of Barisal in Bangladesh, where the goddess is worshipped as Sunanda or Ugratara. Shiva-Chaturdashi is its principal annual festival.

The site is held to be where the nose of Sati fell when Vishnu's discus dismembered her body as the grieving Shiva carried it.
