A living Shiva temple in the old town of Bhubaneswar behind the Lingaraja market, built of dry laterite masonry in the Kalinga pidha deul form and dated by its navagraha panel and structure to the 16th century.

Local tradition attributes the shrine to the heyday of the Kesari rulers.
