A 16-metre light-grey sandstone deul in Bhubaneswar laid in dry masonry and rebuilt from pista to kalasa by Orissa State Archaeology under the Tenth and Eleventh Finance Commission awards; its small sanctum is now empty and standing drain water threatens the foundation.
