A three-shrine soapstone temple at Halebidu raised between 1173 and 1219 CE by the Hoysala king Veera Ballala II and his queen Ketaladevi. Though Shaiva, its sculpture draws on both Shaiva and Vaishnava themes, and it is protected by the Archaeological Survey of India as a monument of national importance.
